Accessing Your meyden Transaction History

Log in to your meyden account and navigate to Menu → Account → Transaction History. You'll see a chronological list of all activity: deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, cashback credits, referral bonuses, and tier-upgrade notifications. Each entry shows the transaction type, amount, date and time, and current status (Pending, Settled, or Failed).

Our transaction history loads instantly on desktop and mobile. You can filter by date range (last 7 days, last 30 days, or custom range), by transaction type (Deposit, Withdrawal, Bet, Bonus), or by payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). Search is case-insensitive; type a reference number or game name and results populate within 1 second.

Each transaction entry displays a transaction ID (for support inquiries), the original amount, any applicable fees or bonuses applied, and the final balance after settlement. If a transaction failed—e.g., a deposit was declined by your bank—we mark it clearly and provide the rejection reason so you can retry with a different method.

Understanding Transaction Types on meyden

Reading Your Cashback Entries

Each Monday, a Bonus entry labeled "Weekly Cashback" posts to your history. Click the entry to see a breakdown: your net loss for the previous Sunday–Saturday period, your current tier (e.g., "Gold non-specific info"), and the resulting cashback amount. This transparency lets you verify the calculation matches our published rates.

Cashback credits require 3 consecutive game rounds to clear rollover before you can withdraw. Your transaction history shows a checkbox or label once rollover is satisfied, so you know exactly when the credit becomes withdrawable cash.

Exporting and Downloading Your Records

At the top of your Transaction History page, click the Export button to download a CSV or PDF file of your filtered transactions. You can export your full history or just a specific date range. Deposits and Payment Method Tracking

Every deposit to your meyden account appears as a Deposit entry with the payment method used (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer). The entry shows the time you initiated the deposit, the amount requested, and the time it settled. E-wallet deposits typically settle within subject to verification; bank transfers take 1–2 business days depending on whether it's a weekend or public holiday like Imlek or Nyepi.

If a deposit fails (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect account number), the entry shows "Failed" status with the rejection code from your bank or e-wallet provider. Retry the deposit using the same or a different payment method; our system does not charge a fee for failed deposits.

Withdrawal Tracking and Settlement Status

Withdrawal requests on meyden are logged in your transaction history with a Pending status initially. Our system enters a 1–4 hour verification phase (weekdays) or 4–8 hours (weekends) during which we cross-check your account balance, bet records, and KYC documents. Once verification completes, the status changes to Verified and the funds transfer to your chosen payment method (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank account).

You can track your withdrawal status in real time. The transaction entry shows an estimated completion time based on your payment method; e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within subject to verification after verification, while bank transfers post within 1–2 business days. If a withdrawal is delayed, contact our support team with your transaction ID and they can investigate on priority basis during business hours (08:00–22:00 Jakarta time).

Game Bets and Settlement Records

If you place a Multi-Bet combining, say, three Liga 1 matches, the system records it as a single Multi-Bet entry with all three legs listed and a combined settlement. If you dispute a bet outcome later, you can pull that entry from your history, screenshot it, and share with support; our systems automatically log all game RNG (random number generation) seeds for audit compliance, so disputes can be resolved transparently.

Bonus Credit Tracking and Rollover
